Titi Tomori Ponnle felicitates with new Asiwaju Musulumi of Osun State, Ajibola Basiru

The former Deputy Governor of Osun State and the Golden Daughter of Osogboland, Otunba Titi Tomori Ponnle has congratulated the new Asiwaju Musulumi of Osun State, Dr Surajudeen Ajibola Basiru.

In a congratulatory message made available to newsmen in Osogbo on Sunday, Tomori Ponnle described Basiru as an erudite Islamic Scholar.

She eulogies Basiru as a proud son of Osogbo whose records and impact have been felt within and outside the State.

Titi Tomori-Ponnle wishes the new title holder God’s guidance and protection to succeed in the new assignment.

It should be recalled that the League of Imaams and Alfas in Osun State under the leadership of the Grand Imaam Sheik Musa Animasahun had on Wednesday endorsed the nomination of Dr Basiru as the new Asiwaju Musulumi of Osun State.
