Sacked Minister sends message to Tinubu
Hours after President Bola Tinubu sacked some Ministers from his cabinet, a former minister of Women Affairs Uju Kennedy Ohanenye has thanked President Bola Tinubu and Nigerians for their opportunity to serve the country.
Recall that President Tinubu sacked her among other persons in his cabinet reshuffle on Wednesday.
Imaan Sulaiman-Ibrahim, former Minister of State, Police Affairs is now the new Women Affairs minister.
,,,,,,However, the former minister described her over one-year service to the nation as a “privilege”.
“I write to express my sincere gratitude to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for the opportunity to serve as a Minister of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. It has been an honour and a privilege to contribute to the development of our Nation,” she wrote on her X handle on Thursday morning.
