Fire guts Dangote Refinery
Imformation reaching the OsunReporters News has it that a fire has reportedly broken out at the Dangote Refinery in Ibeju-Lekki, Lagos.
Reports revealed that emergency team were deployed on-site to put out the fire at the world’s largest single-train refinery owned by Africa’s richest man, Aliko Dangote.
In a viral video of the incident, a thick smoke was seen emanating from a part of the new refinery.
At the time of filing this report, some workers at the refinery were also heard calling for help to prevent the fire from escalating while the cause of the fire cannot be ascertained as at the time of filing this report.
