ANBROAD Elects Orolomo, Jolayemi, Others As Osun Executive

The Osun State Chapter of Association of Nigeria Broadcasters (ANBROAD), has elected popular On Air Personality, Akintunde Oyelade “Orolomo Presenter” as Chairman while Comrade Jolayemi Abiodun Rotimi “Oba-Akewi” emerged Vice Chairman along other executive members to lead the association in Osun State.

Akintunde and his Vice were declared winner by the ANBROAD electoral committee in an unopposed election held on Tuesday at Finger Linking hotel, Osogbo the Osun state capital.

In his acceptance speech, Orolomo thanked the electorates, elders and leaders for the mandate given to him, promised to restructure the Association with the support of his team and members of the association to set pace and putting the Association on the path of transparency, accountability and professionalism.

According to him; “It is crystal clear that the degree of confidence reposed in me as a team leader, irrespective of my age, height and social status undoubtedly remains a driving force that continued to guide
me to the path of purposeful leadership with humility.

“Going by this perfect understanding of the level of expectations from you to lead gallantly with team spirit and be accountable in all ramifications, myself,my vice Chairman who is an erudite scholars and the rest of my team in this administration will set a pace for transparency and clarity of purpose, as we would unprecedentedly prepared a comprehensive report of our stewardship at the end of our administration from the point we took the mantle of leadership to the time we would end our tenure

“I hereby pledge to sustain that tempo of accountable leadership continually and relentlessly for the general and popular interests of members across the state.” He said.

_Oladoye Sunday (Owo Agbara) – Chief Whip
