Fresh Protest Breaks Out In Abuja

Residents of Iddo-Sarki along Airport Road of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja, protesting against taking over of their legally owned land by the Nigerian Navy.

The protest was staged bynthe landowners on Monday to register their grievances against the Nigerian Navy on the disputed land.

Reports revealed that two weeks ago, there was tension among the residents following the mounting of demolition signposts by the Nigerian Navy in the area, asking them to vacate their houses.
