Amotekun arrest 24-year-old suspect in Osun over rape, fake currencies
The security network of states in the South-West, popularly known as Amotekun Corps, has arrested a 24-year-old suspected rapist in Iwo, Osun.
He was alleged to have been keeping a 16-year-old girl in his room for three days while having carnal knowledge of her.
The Commander of the corps in Osun, retired Brigadier General Bashir Adewinmbi, told newsmen in Osogbo yesterday that the security outfit arrested a 28-year-old herbalist who allegedly defrauded some persons and was also found to be in possession of fake 100 dollar and 1,000 naira notes.
