Popular Actress Dies At 45

….Actress Annie Wersching died of cancer early Sunday morning, according to her publicist, Craig Schneider. Wersching was 45 years old at the time.

She was best known for her role as FBI agent Renee Walker in the television series “24.”

Wersching’s husband, Stephen Full, issued the following statement to CNN:

“There is a cavernous hole in the soul of this family today. But she left us the tools to fill it. She found wonder in the simplest moment. She didn’t require music to dance. She taught us not to wait for adventure to find you. ‘Go find it. It’s everywhere.’ And find it we shall,” he wrote.

“The Last of Us,” based on the game, Neil Druckmann, tweeted about Wesching’s death:

“Just found out my dear friend, Annie Wersching, passed away. We just lost a beautiful artist and human being. My heart is shattered. Thoughts are with her loved ones.”

“Handmaid’s Tale” actress Ever Carradine established a GoFundMe page in support of Annie’s children and husband “so they can continue to live life in a way that they know would make Annie proud.”

Wersching’s husband ended his statement on Sunday with a touching memory.
