State Govt Declares One-day Public Holiday

….The Kwara state government has declared tomorrow Wednesday 5th October, 2022 as work free day to allow all the teachers in the state to celebrate teachers day.

In a statement issued by the Press Secretary Ministry of Education And Human Capital Development Peter Amogbonjaye, said the Permanent Secretary, of the ministry, Mrs Mary Kemi Adeosun made this known in her office today.

,,,,,,,,Adeosun applauded Governor of the state Mallam AbdulRaman AbdulRasaq for the tremendous achievements in improving the standard of living of Teachers in public secondary schools in the state.

,,,,,,,She advised teachers across the state to reciprocate the kind gesture by being diligent in discharging their duties.
