CFCC Arraigns civil servant for doing this
Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, Ilorin Zonal Command has arraigned a 43-year-old Kwara civil servant, Lambe Binta, before the Federal High Court sitting in Ilorin for false information.
Justice Muhammed Sani, however, granted the defendant bail in the sum of N500,000 with one surety in like sum.
Sani said that the surety must be a civil servant and must deposit a photocopy of his/her identity card with the court.
The judge adjourned the case to Nov. 3, for commencement of trial.
Binta was arraigned on Sept. 12, on a count charge bordering on internet fraud and possession of fraudulent funds.
