Gunmen kidnap foreign national, kill soldier

Suspected gunmen reportedly stormed a farm in Anchau village of Kubau Local Government Area of Kaduna State, killing a soldier who was detailed to provide security to staff members in the company.

A source disclosed that after killing the security personnel, they abducted two staff of the company, a Zimbabwean national, CHARLES CHOKO and YUSUF ALIYU BELLO from Kano State..

Confirming the incident, a member of the vigilante in the area who pleaded anonymity told newsmen that after the attack, a team of security personnel were sighted ‎going inside the bush apparently to rescue the victims.
