Drunk Police officer arrested in Osun, to Face Trial

Osun State Police Command revealed that they had arrested their staff, Sergeant Onatunde Joba, whose drunkenness video went viral.

However, a statement from police spokesman SP Yemisi Opalola said the command would not tolerate any unprofessional acts on the part of its staff.

She added that the investigation into the circumstances in which the officer got drunk in uniform is ongoing while the sergeant is tried in the orderly room.

The investigation and disciplinary action began as the officer was tried in the orderly room.
