BREAKING: FG Increases Police Officers Salaries

News reaching the OSUNREPORTERS NEWS has it that Federal Executive Council has approved a 20 percent increase in salaries for personnel of the Nigeria Police Force.

… According to the report, Minister of Police Affairs, Muhammad Dingyadi, disclosed this to State House Correspondents after the Federal Executive Council meeting presided over by President Muhammadu Buhari on Wednesday December 15.

…The report explained that the upward review is a product of the issues raised during the #EndSARS protests in October 2020, Dingyadi stated that the decision was taken to boost the morale of police personnel across the country.
