Reps fume, threaten arrest Minister for shunning summons
The House of Representatives threatened the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Mohammed Bello, to arrest if he fails to honour the invitation extended to him by the lawmakers.
Yesterday, the House resolved to summon the minister over the growing insecurity and infrastructural decay.
According to Kalu, the minister was bound by the Constitution to honour the summons.
