See What Aggrieved APC Members Did Before Joining PDP
It seems this period is a a political transfer season for politicians and party members who calculate their move ahead of the election in Nigeria.
Recently, Senator Oduha left her political party, PDP for APC, while some political gladiators were also left APC for PDP.
….On Sunday, some members of the All Progressive Congress left the party for the opposition Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Adewole Ward, Ilorin, Kwara State, where they were seen burning the symbol of their former party as a sign of denouncing the APC.
…… According to the report, the defectors were mostly from Adewole Ward, the aggrieved former APC members had last month in a statement announced their defection plan and made good that decision while the ceremony of their defection was held on Sunday in Sakele area, Ward of incumbent Governor (Adewole Ward).
While welcoming the new members into the party, Hon. Obalowu Olaitan State Coordinator ABS Team KWARA described the development as unprecedented.
……”We’re not surprised with the development due to unfulfilled promises, inflation and all sorts of shoddy act by the present administration. Doors of our party are wide open he said,” he said.
……As posted on social media, the report claimed that Hon. Dauda Nominated PDP Ward Chairman Adewole Ward, Gbadamosi Babatunde Rasheed Nominated PDP vice Chairman Adewole Ward, Hon. Aliyu A Abubakar Former Councilor Gambari Ward 1 Ilorin LG were in attendance.
