New Petroleum Industry Act allows individuals to acquire stakes in NNPC – Kyari
The NNPC Group Managing Director, MELE KYARI, has said that there is provision in the Petroleum Industry Act that gives room for individuals to acquire stakes in the new Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited.
KYARI disclosed this in Abuja and also explained that the allocation of three percent oil companies operating expense to host communities could be higher than the thirty percent profit of oil and gas for frontier explorations.
