Activities Resume Across Osun As Govt. relaxes Covid-19 Lockdown For Two Days

Since the early hours of Wednesday, April 15th, Commercial activities resumed in Osogbo, the Osun State capital, after the state government relaxed the lockdown in the state by two days, OsunReporters gathered.

The 48hours relax is to allow residents of Osun to restock their stores for another two weeks lockdown in fighting Covid-19 global pandemic within the state.

Recall that OSUNREPORTERS NEWS earlier reported the live broadcast of Governor Oyetola on Tuesday that the 14 days lockdown ordered in the state which ended by Midnight of Tuesday would be relaxed for two days to enable residents restock and that it would continue for another two weeks as from Friday.

As at the time of filling this report, residents came our in their numbers to get the needed materials as expected, while markets, Banks, commercial vehicles, motorcyclists, road sellers, supermarkets and other activities that will generate income for residents are ongoing since the early hour of Wednesday in Osogbo, Ile-Ife, Ikirun, Iwo, Ejigbo, Ilesa, Ede, Ila Orangun and others.
