WICKEDNESS!! Man kills, buries wife in kitchen (photo)

Monday Uwem, 30, has reportedly killed his 26-year-old wife in Akassa, Brass Government Area, Bayelsa State.

According to the report, it was gathered that Uwem allegedly murdered his wife and buried her remains in a shallow grave he dug in their kitchen at Aparama Fishing Camp, where the the incident occurred.

As reported, neighbours were said to have uncovered the crime, apprehended the man and handed him over to the police.

Butswat Asinim, who is the Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO) in the state confirmed the development saying the suspect confessed to the crime.

According to the PPRO: “Investigation has commenced into the murder of one Blessing Menaboo ‘f’ 26 years, a resident of Aparama Fishing Camp, Okumbiri Town, Akassa, Brass Local Government Area, Bayelsa State.

“The deceased was allegedly killed by her husband one Monday Uwem 30 years, at their residence at Aparama Fishing Camp and buried her body in a shallow grave in the kitchen.

“The suspect who confessed to the crime was arrested and detained for further interrogation and Investigation”, he said.
