36 Suspected Yahoo Fraudsters Arrested
____Operatives of the Kaduna Zonal Command of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission EFCC, on Friday, February 23, 2024, arrested 36 (thirty-six) suspected internet fraudsters.
____The suspects, comprising 35 males and 1 female were arrested at Sabo Kaduna and Narayi Highcoast and Layin Dogon Iche Samaru in the Zaria Local Government Area of Kaduna State, following credible information on their suspected involvement in internet-related offences.
_____Items recovered from the suspects include 43 phones and five laptops.
______They will be charged to court as soon as investigations are concluded.
